At Tipp Focus we understand that access to quality education is critical to the economic development and competitiveness of the country. It’s for this reason among others that Tipp Academy, a member of the Tipp Focus Group, was born.

Tipp Academy’s mission is to ignite a culture of lifelong learning in South Africa. The academy provides training to help learners transition to the working world and immediately add value. The academy offers an array of full qualifications, accredited skills programmes, short courses and workshops to help learners transition to the working world and immediately add value. This in turn helps organisations increase profits and improve service delivery.

We also educate learners on how to apply ‘softer skills’ in the workplace like emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, time management and problem solving. We also teach learners on how to write business reports and we help them improve their presentation skills.

Since the company’s inception in 2001, we have trained over 1000 learners across the country. We remain committed to using education as a tool to improve the socio-economic status of this country and to lift many more children out of poverty.
