We have a proven track record of servicing the following client
PROJECT ACQUISITION AND DELIVERY MODEL
Tipp-Con has adopted the following model to ensure delivery of construction projects that are on time, within budget and with the highest level of quality. Tipp-Con follows a disciplined combined project management process approach based on the PMBOK, Prince II and Agile methodology models. Upon project award, projects are kicked-off with a client meeting detailing the confirmation of project scope including the verification of all drawing and other supporting documents forming part of the contract negotiations. Once that is achieved and signed off we further engage through planning workshops with clients and consultants to produce and sign-off a Project Charter that will govern the project process.
A project team is then assembled and ready to kick-off the start of the construction process. Materials procurement and sub-contractor and labour workforce mobilisation begins followed by the site establishment after site-handover is attained. The project execution and control is managed by an experienced project manager with his team in conjunction with the client. Projects are completed in line with all best practice standards and processes until completion and hand over. The below diagram outlines the process followed by the Tipp–Con team to deliver all projects. This process is highly tailored according to client needs ensuring that our clients always receive a customised solution.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY THROUGH PROJECTS
Every corporate construction project that Tipp-Con embarks on, we ensure that we identify community projects in the same vicinity of project execution.
