Thabelo Siala

Director & CEO

Thabelo Siala is the CEO of Tipp Focus group. He infuses the organisation’s culture with a passion for people, processes and projects. His collective experience over the past 19 years includes organisational restructuring, business process management and improvement, project management, total quality management, performance management, change management, strategy formulation and deployment, to training and workshop facilitation. Mr Siala has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town as well as a Master’s degree in Business Leadership from UNISA.

Jack Mazwi

Director and Chairman

Jack Mazwi is the Chairman of Tipp Focus Group. With over 15 years experience, he is responsible for the consulting division of the group. Over the years, Mr. Mazwi has worked on more than 25 project areas covering business process management, project management, strategy and information technology management. He is focused on aligning and integrating management disciplines to organisational strategy. Mr Mazwi has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fort Hare University, a Business Computing Diploma from UNISA as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification from the PM Institute.

Neo Kekana

Managing Executive Tipp-Con

Neo Kekana, the Management Executive for Tipp-Con. Experienced Bid Solutions Architect, Project Management, and Coordination with a demonstrated history of working in the Management Consulting and Construction industry. A good engineering background with Project Management focused on Aviation Terrestrial Equipment, Technical Tower Equipment, and Procurement. With a combined experience of 10 years with involvement in Quality Management systems, Operational Control and Contract Management. He has grown through the ranks and he is now an established management executive with the potential to grow. Studying towards a BCom Degree in Operations Management and Supply Chain to expand the company’s reach and capability.

Bongi Ilunga

Managing Executive Tipp Academy

Bongi Ilunga is a highly skilled and driven leader with a long successful career in education. Mrs. Ilunga has a total of 23 years working experience, of which 12 years have been in education management, servicing all types of clients in both the private and public sectors. Her work spans across all NQF levels, from Further Education and Training (FET: Level 2-4) to Higher Education and Training (HET: Level 5-9), achieved through various learning mediums. Mrs. Ilunga has held various senior management roles in many prestigious companies, including Vice Principal at the Rosebank College, Head of School: Business, Management & Corporate Training at Damelin College, and MBA Programme Manager at Regenesys. Mrs. Ilunga’s academic qualifications include a Diploma in Business Management (CPUT), B-Tech and Honours Management degree (UNISA), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree (Regenesys), as well as various skills development accreditations.

Mohammed Jabbie

Mohammed Jabbie is a seasoned Executive Manager who began his career in 1998 with a well-known Recruitment House where he excelled within new business development and the delivery of turnkey projects. Mr. Jabbie holds a highly prestigious Advanced Management Development Program qualification with GIBS (University of Pretoria). Using his previous experience Mr. Jabbie was able to really grow in the business world, winning many accolades in the process. In 2016, Mr. Jabbie was appointed by Tipp Focus as the Managing Executive of Recruitment and Resourcing. Mr. Jabbie is driven to make a difference and add value to his customers and business partners alike.

Vusi Vuma

Managing Executive Tipp Focus Consulting

Vusi Vuma is a multifaceted IT professional, naturally driven and informed, with a solid track record of business management where he has been able to showcase his transformation skills.  With more than 10 years of experience in the IT world, Mr. Vuma holds a B Admin. Degree in Computer Science from the University of Johannesburg and has accreditations and certificates from many technology-driven institutions. From 2011 to 2017 Mr. Vuma excelled in many roles, including Group Manager and Client Account Executive. Starting in 2017, he spent 2 years working as a Business and Integration Arch Manager for tech-giant Accenture. During the period 2011 to 2019 he also worked as a consultant with the Independent Electoral Commission.
